Who we are

Pathfinder Assistant (also known as Questy Player) is developed by Polyhydra Games. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

What we collect

• Account identity: when you sign in, our identity provider (Keycloak, at identity.polyhydragames.com) issues an authenticated user ID. We do not receive or store your password.
• Character data: character sheets, party rosters, and related game data you create are stored and associated with your account so they can be reloaded on future visits.
• Operational logs: server logs and, when enabled, structured diagnostics (Seq) capture request and error information for troubleshooting. Logs are not used for advertising or profiling.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not run third-party ad networks or ad-tracking scripts on this site.
• We do not use your character data for anything other than operating the app for you.

How long we keep it

Character data and account association are kept for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will remove it within a reasonable time.

Third-party services

• Identity/authentication: Keycloak, self-hosted by Polyhydra Games.
• Hosting: the app runs on Polyhydra Games' own infrastructure.

This app references Pathfinder rules content under the Paizo Community Use Policy; see the Contact page for the OGL and Paizo legal links. That content reference does not involve sharing your personal data with Paizo.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change and, where practical, we will note it on the Home page.
